teaJust as you start to write, perform, speak publicly, dance, sing, paint, or create anything outside your comfort zone—your demons snarl, “You can’t do this, Stupid!” or “You’re not good enough, Jerk!”

Believing your demons is paralyzing. Killing them is impossible. Ignoring them is dangerous. So how to deal with them? This workshop gently guides you into powerful physical and mental practices to “have tea” with your demons, to negotiate your independence from them as you create and ultimately live more freely and confidently.

Everyone is welcome. Come if you are poet, teacher, writer, performer, or have any new step you long to take more confidently—like public speaking or simply living in a more balanced way.

Workshop starts promptly at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 12, ends at 1:00 PM on Sunday August 14.

$413 with organic meals, $386 if you register before August 1. Some onsite lodging available, and free tenting.
