Fluidity

Our bodies are primarily fluid, we begin life embryonically in fluid and our life form evolved from the fluid sea. The motion of our breath, inhale and exhale, is a fluid movement.

Continuum Movement Arts explores what happens when we become more fluid in our movement.

  • How does the experience of fluidity inform the process of making art?
  • How does it influence artistic expression?

In the coming weeks and months, visit these pages to experience the expressions, in all media, of art makers who dwell in the fluid experience of Continuum Movement. Look, listen, and reflect on your experiences with fluidity and share them with us.
